Acupuncture
These last few weeks have proved to me again the value of acupuncture. With a member of my household having much pain in the bowel and gut, medications have not been very helpful and on one occasion the nausea pills made the situation worse. So I brought in the big guns…the acupuncture needles! And lo and behold the spasms calmed and the patient went into a deep sleep.
Homoeopathy
A lady came for some homoeopathics some months ago to take before and after some cosmetic surgery. This is always a good precaution for infection control but I heard later that the doctor was astounded to find no bruising around the eyes and nose after the operation as he warned her there would be. Another convert to homoeopathic arnica!
When gardening, a prick from rose thorns or any puncture wounds from whatever cause, treated with homoeopathic Ledum, takes the pain way immediately. You’ve got to experience it to believe, but I know of several gardeners and bush regenerators who carry some with them.
